Job Description

Are you a dedicated and passionate teacher looking for a part time position? Are you looking to take a step back from the classroom? Look no further! Zest Education is currently recruiting for a part-time PPA teacher to join our dynamic team at a thriving 2 form entry school.

We’re recruiting for a part-time PPA teacher that will be responsible for covering PPA and leadership time across KS1 year groups every Monday and Tuesday. This temporary 0.4 contract is set to begin from February half term and continue until the end of the academic year, providing you with a stable and fulfilling role.

Located in Balsall Heath, the school has been a pillar of the local community for many years. Under the guidance of our new head teacher, who joined in September 2022, the school and children are experiencing ongoing successes and embarking on an exciting journey of growth and development.

The school is fast-paced and vibrant and you will have the opportunity to showcase your teaching skills and make a real difference in the lives of our pupils. The school take great pride in providing a supportive and collaborative environment where both staff and children thrive.

To be considered for this position, you should have a relevant teaching qualification and experience working with KS1 year groups. We are looking for someone who is passionate about education, has excellent communication skills, and is committed to providing high-quality learning experiences for our children.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
