Are you a passionate and dedicated teaching assistant looking for a rewarding opportunity? Zest Education is currently seeking a full-time teaching assistant to join a wonderful school in Redditch. This role is based in the Year 1 class and offers a long-term position.
The school is highly regarded and offers a nurturing environment where children are encouraged to develop into respectful and inquisitive individuals. With strong ties to the local community, including the church, the school benefits from longstanding relationships that enrich the learning experience.
To be considered for this role, you must be a Level 3 qualified individual who is hard-working, passionate, and engaging. A good understanding of the national curriculum is essential, as you will be collaborating with the class teacher to plan and prepare lessons and resources. The ability to work effectively as part of a team is crucial.

Zest Education are an REC audited agency and are dedicated to safeguarding children. All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
