As a PPA teacher, you will have the opportunity to work in both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, playing a crucial role in the school’s efforts to improve academic and attainment results. With the new Head’s inspiring leadership, the school has witnessed significant improvements in behaviour and overall success.
The position requires you to work two days a week, allowing for flexibility if needed. You will be responsible for covering PPA sessions across both key stages, ensuring a seamless educational experience for the children. To excel in this role, you must be reliable, resilient, and possess a strong work ethic. Your approach should be firm but fair, aligning with the school’s ethos and values.
This exciting opportunity will commence after the February half term and continue until the end of the academic year. It provides a chance to contribute meaningfully to the development and growth of all children, fostering a love for learning.
