Job Description:
– Position: Part-time Teaching Assistant
– Location: Burntwood
– Start Date: ASAP
– Work Days: 2 days a week (flexible schedule to be discussed at interview)
Responsibilities:
– Support students aged 7-13 with special educational needs
– Manage student behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
– Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs and abilities of students
– Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure student success
Requirements:
– Experience working with individuals with SEND
– Effective communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to engage with students and foster a supportive atmosphere
– Passion for creating inclusive learning environments
