Zest Education are working with a wonderful school located in Burntwood who are looking for a year 4 teacher to join their team across the summer term on a full time basis with the possibility of extension should the school find you a suitable fit. This role requires the successful candidate to work Monday to Friday during this period.

The 4-11 school look to deliver a first-class education to all pupils along with providing all learners with essential life skills. Staff in the school experience carefully curated continual professional development to improve their practice so that children are continually inspired and challenged.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and deliver engaging lessons in line with the school’s curriculum
– Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment for students
– Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback
– Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience
– Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student performance

Requirements:
– Qualified teacher status (QTS)
– Proven experience teaching in a primary school setting, preferably Year 4
– Strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment processes
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Passion for fostering a love of learning in young students

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
