Full Time Year 4 Teacher

Zest Education are working with an outstanding and inclusive primary school situated just outside Shard End. Zest are seeking a passionate and dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join the school in September 2024. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a love of learning, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning, and contributing to the wider school community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Assess and monitor students’ progress, providing feedback and support to help them achieve their goals.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters a sense of community.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support students’ academic and personal development.
• Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching at the primary level, preferably in Year 4.
• Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to continuous professional development and a willingness to contribute to the school’s ethos and values.

Pay will start at £150 per day based on references and experience.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
