Are you a passionate and dedicated Art Teacher looking for a new opportunity? Zest Education is currently seeking a qualified Teacher of Art to join a vibrant secondary school in the Solihull area for the academic year starting in October 2024.
As an Art Teacher at Zest Education, you will have the chance to work in a school with excellent art and design facilities, fostering creativity and innovation among students. The ideal candidate will hold QTS and possess a strong understanding of the art curriculum, with previous teaching experience being advantageous. You will be teaching KS3 and KS4 classes as part of this role, with potential for KS5 teaching dependent on student sign-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
– Design and deliver engaging lessons tailored to diverse learning styles, fostering student motivation and success in Art and Design.
– Implement effective assessment strategies to track student progress and provide timely feedback for improvement.
– Stay abreast of advancements in the artistic world to ensure a relevant and comprehensive curriculum.
– Utilise strong behaviour management skills to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment, building meaningful relationships with students and colleagues.
