Zest Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate Year 4 Teacher to join a lovely school in Halesowen on a part-time basis, working from Monday to Wednesday starting in October 2024. This position is a ongoing position.
This wonderful primary school prides itself on its innovative approach to teaching and learning, incorporating modern technologies and interactive resources to engage students. The curriculum is designed to stimulate curiosity and critical thinking, preparing students for future academic success. Parents are actively involved in the school community, creating a supportive network that enhances the overall educational experience.
The responsibilities of this role include:
– Develop and deliver engaging lessons for Year 4 students
– Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
– Assess and track student progress to ensure learning outcomes are met
– Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders for student success
– Implement strategies to support students with diverse learning needs
To excel in this teaching position, candidates must hold a relevant teaching qualification (QTS Status or equivalent) , have previous experience working with Key Stage 2 students, and demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills. The ideal candidate should be creative, patient, and possess a genuine passion for education. Additionally, a thorough understanding of the national curriculum and the ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students is essential.

Zest Education are an REC audited agency and are dedicated to safeguarding children. All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
