Zest Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join a team of dedicated staff at a charming school in Stourbridge . The school are looking for a candidate who is open to work Monday to Friday from October 2024 until the end of the academic year (July 2025).
In addition to offering all students a top-notch education, the 4–11 school aims to provide each student with critical life skills. They belong to a well-known multi-academy and have excellent staff retention rates because of the options for continuing professional development and the established staff support network.
The school are looking for a candidate who has:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with relevant teaching experience in Key Stage 2.
– Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum, particularly in Year 4 subjects.
– Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
– Excellent classroom management skills to ensure a supportive and productive learning environment.
– Effective communication skills to collaborate with students, parents, and colleagues.
– Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with educational best practices.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
