Zest Education are looking for a Head of PE to join a secondary school we work closely with just outside Birmingham city centre. This is a full-time role starting in September 2022.
As Head of PE, you will lead, develop and manage the effective delivery of an outstanding curriculum, which enables the highest level of progress and attainment. You will be part of the professional community of Leadership and promote outstanding teaching and learning and a strong school culture within a nurturing, respectful and academically rigorous environment.
The successful candidate will be capable of adding further value to a traditionally strong subject at the school. A passion for your subject and a commitment to extra-curricular activities including competitive sport is essential. You will be a consistently good teacher who sets the standard for other PE staff to follow.

Both newly qualified teachers (NQT) / Early careers teachers (ECT) and experienced teachers will be equally considered for this role.
Rate of pay will vary dependant on experience.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years, teaching within a school teaching the British Curriculum).
