 Role and Responsibilities:

In this role, as a Full-Time PPA Teacher, you will play a vital role in covering planned non-contact time for classroom teachers, ensuring that students receive a seamless and high-quality education experience in their absence. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the primary curriculum, exceptional classroom management skills, and the ability to engage and inspire students to foster a love for learning.

 

Requirements:

– Qualified Teacher Status

– Proven experience working with primary school students

– Ability to create innovative and engaging lesson plans tailored to students’ needs

– Excellent communication and organizational skills to collaborate effectively with the teaching team

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
