Zest are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate full-time class teacher to join our primary school and lead a Year 4 class. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for our young students to thrive.
Requirements:
– Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent
– Experience working with primary school students, particularly in Key Stage 2
– Strong knowledge of the national curriculum
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to inspire and motivate students
– Commitment to continuous professional development
Responsibilities:
– Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students
– Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to promote growth
– Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive school community
– Establish positive relationships with students, parents, and carers
– Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practice
