**Key Responsibilities:**
– Support the classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities
– Assist in the supervision and care of students during school hours
– Provide one-on-one support to students who may need extra help
– Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all pupils
**Requirements:**
– Relevant experience working with children in an educational setting
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and parents
– A genuine passion for helping children learn and grow
