Zest education are currently seeking a dedicated full-time Year 4 Teaching Assistant to join our team as soon as possible at a primary school in Hodge Hill. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to provide support, assist in lesson planning, and create a positive learning environment for students.
Key responsibilities include:
– Supporting individual students or small groups in their learning activities
– Assisting with classroom management and behaviour
– Helping to prepare learning resources and materials
– Providing feedback to teachers on student progress
– Building positive relationships with students, parents, and staff
The ideal candidate will have a relevant qualification in education or childcare, along with experience working with primary school children. Strong communication skills, patience, and a genuine passion for education are essential.
