Zest education are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic full-time PPA (Planning, Preparation, and Assessment) teacher to start in February 2025.
As a PPA teacher, you will play a crucial role in supporting our existing teaching staff by covering their non-contact time. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage and inspire young minds.
Key responsibilities will include delivering pre-planned lessons across various subject areas, assessing student progress, and providing feedback to regular class teachers. The successful candidate must be able to work collaboratively with colleagues, show initiative in the classroom, and have a flexible approach to teaching.
Requirements:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
– Experience working in a primary school setting
– Strong organizational skills
– Ability to adapt to different teaching styles and methods
