Full-time Teaching Assistant.
Zest Education are proud to be working with a special educational needs school located in Rugeley. The school is in need of a full-time Teaching Assistant to start September 2022 until the end of the academic year. You will be required to work 8:30am to 15:30pm, Monday to Friday. This school caters for students aged five to eighteen with Autism (ASC) and social, emotional and mental health difficulties (SEMH).
You will be supporting a seven-year-old student who needs support with their understanding of day-to-day tasks. We are looking for someone that has previously worked with autism or has personal experience of supporting individuals with SEND.
The school supports training and development for all of its staff and is continually looking for strong team players to join their team. The successful candidate must be a proactive and engaging individual who has proven experience of having strong behaviour management skills and working across a range of age groups.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are: Recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years, teaching within a school teaching the British Curriculum).
