Zest are working with a Primary School in Bordesley green who is seeking a dynamic full-time Year 4 class teacher to join the team immediately and teach until the end of the term.
As a Year 4 class teacher, you will have the opportunity to inspire and educate our students, helping them reach their full potential academically and personally. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the primary curriculum, excellent communication skills, and a nurturing approach to teaching.
Key Responsibilities:
– Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of Year 4 students
– Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
– Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
– Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience
– Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress
Requirements:
– Qualified teacher status (QTS)
– Experience teaching in a primary school setting
– Strong knowledge of the Year 4 curriculum
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work effectively as part of a team
