Special Needs Teaching Assistant

Job Description

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special needs? Zest are recruiting for a leading Speech and Language SEN School with primary and secondary sites. We are currently looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join us on a full-time basis.

About the Role:
– As a Learning Support Assistant (LSA), you will play a crucial role in supporting students with special needs in their academic and personal development.
– You will work closely with teachers to implement tailored learning plans and provide one-on-one support to students.
– The role offers a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children with special needs.                                                                                                                                               – September 2025 – July 2026
– Full-time role, 08:30-16:00pm
– Previous experience working with SEN is desirable but not essential

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
