Trainee Teaching Assistant – Brent | Long-Term & Daily Supply Roles

Pay: £89-95 per day
We are looking for passionate and reliable Trainee Teaching Assistants to support schools across Brent in both daily supply and long-term roles. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience and start your journey into education.
Key responsibilities:
Support class teachers with learning activities and classroom management
Work with pupils on a one-to-one or small group basis
Help create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
Assist with preparation of resources and classroom materials
Adapt support according to the needs of individual pupils
Participate in training and ongoing development opportunities
We work with a range of schools in Brent, including:
State-funded primary and secondary schools
Independent and prep schools with a strong academic ethos
Diverse school settings that offer supportive and welcoming staff teams
Schools committed to professional development and high-quality teaching
A genuine interest in working with children and young people
A flexible, proactive and positive attitude
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience with children (formal or informal) is desirable but not essential
Right to work in the UK
DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one
