We are looking to recruit a hard-working, enthusiastic, and confident individual who are keen to work in and explore new schools in Birmingham. This school caters for children from early years right through to post 16 ages all with complex disabilities and medical needs. This lovely school is part of an educational trust which works closely with partner schools ensuring success is achieved. This school also specialises in a curriculum to provide the students with real life experiences and preparing for adulthood which improves their independence and resilience.
This role will require you to work Monday to Friday 8:30AM – 15:30PM with students on a one-to-one basis and in small groups. The ideal candidate will have previous SEND experience and experience within a classroom environment. this role will require you to be a team player, confident and keen to implement the best possible education for the students.
This school has an outstanding purpose, values and aims and provides several different staff members specialising in the student’s health needs.
The role:
– We are looking for someone with previous special educational needs experience
– You will need to be confident with working with student with PLMD.
– Due to this school catering for a variety of ages, you will need to be adaptable
