Are you passionate about supporting children’s learning and development? Do you enjoy working in a vibrant, diverse school community? Zest education are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our friendly primary school team in Alum Rock from September 2025.
You will work closely with class teachers to:
Support the learning and wellbeing of pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 (depending on experience)
Deliver targeted interventions and small group work
Assist with classroom management and administrative tasks
Contribute to a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment
Has previous experience in a primary school or educational setting
Holds a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
Demonstrates excellent communication and teamwork skills
Is proactive, patient and positive in supporting children of all abilities
Is committed to helping every child succeed
