Job Description

Part-Time PPA & Intervention Teacher – Rednal Area
Start Date: September 2025 | 3 Days per Week | KS1 & KS2

Zest Education is delighted to be working in partnership with a welcoming and forward-thinking primary school in the Rednal area of Birmingham. From September 2025, the school is looking to recruit a dedicated and flexible part-time PPA and intervention teacher to work three days per week, supporting both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.

This role offers the opportunity to join a supportive and well-resourced school community. The successful candidate will provide high-quality PPA cover and deliver targeted interventions that help raise pupil achievement across various year groups. The school benefits from a range of excellent interactive learning resources and prides itself on its inclusive, nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have experience teaching across both key stages. Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
