Autumn Term Contract | Primary School | Rapidly Improving Setting

Zest Education is proud to be working in partnership with a welcoming and rapidly improving primary school in Balsall Heath, Birmingham, to recruit a Full-Time PPA Teacher for the Autumn Term, starting September 2025.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and adaptable teacher who thrives on variety, enjoys working across different year groups, and can build positive relationships with pupils and staff alike.

About the Role:

  • Full-time PPA cover across all year groups (EYFS to Year 6)

  • Delivering high-quality teaching

  • Supporting a diverse cohort of pupils, including a high number of EAL learners

  • Term-time only – initially for the Autumn Term, with potential for extension

What We’re Looking For:

  • A confident and flexible teacher with experience across the primary phase

  • Strong behaviour management skills and classroom presence

  • Excellent understanding of the National Curriculum

  • Ability to adapt quickly to different year groups and teaching environments

  • Someone who is reliable, proactive, and committed to supporting all learners

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
