Job Description

September Start | 3 Days per Week | Autumn Term Contract

Zest Education is delighted to be working alongside a welcoming and inclusive primary school in the Moseley area, to recruit a passionate and flexible PPA Teacher (0.6 contract) for the Autumn Term, starting September 2025.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled teacher who enjoys the variety of teaching across different year groups and is looking for a rewarding part-time role (3 days per week) in a supportive school environment.

The Role:

  • PPA cover across a range of year groups within the primary phase
  • Working 3 days per week (specific days to be confirmed)
  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
  • Supporting a diverse and vibrant school community, including a number of EAL learners

What We’re Looking For:

  • A qualified teacher (QTS) with experience across the primary age range
  • Confident classroom practitioner with strong behaviour management skills
  • Adaptable and organised, with a proactive approach to supporting staff and pupils
  • Passionate about helping children of all backgrounds reach their full potential

The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
