Job Title: Full-Time Year 3 Class Teacher

Zest education are looking for a passionate and dedicated Year 3 Class Teacher to join our friendly and forward-thinking primary school in Yardley from September 2025.

As our Year 3 Class Teacher, you will:
Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum
Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
Assess and track pupils’ progress, using data to inform teaching
Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents
Contribute to the wider life of the school, including extra-curricular activities and school events
Is an enthusiastic and reflective practitioner with a passion for teaching
Has high expectations for all pupils and a commitment to inclusive practice
Has excellent communication and classroom management skills
Is a team player who contributes positively to school life
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
