Zest Education is thrilled to be partnering with an outstanding school in Redditch, who are looking to recruit a passionate and dedicated Year 5 Teacher for a full-time role from September 2025 until the end of the academic year 2026. Key Responsibilities:
Full-Time Teaching of Year 5 children across the national curriculum
Planning and Preparation: You will have the opportunity to deliver engaging lessons, with full planning support, although some adaptation will be expected to meet the needs of your class as the year progresses
Create a positive learning environment that fosters academic achievement, personal development, and a love of learning
Support pupils in reaching their full potential academically and emotionally
Build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents, contributing to the school’s strong community ethos
Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills, maintaining a focused and respectful environment
The Ideal Candidate:
A qualified Primary Teacher (QTS) – Open to both ECTs and experienced teachers
A passion for teaching and helping children thrive, with a strong commitment to academic excellence
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to form meaningful relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Adaptable, reflective, and committed to personal and professional growth
Able to work within a collaborative environment with a focus on continuous improvement
