Zest education are working with a primary school in Shard End who is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic KS2 Teaching Assistant to join their friendly and supportive team from October 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a nurturing school community that puts the wellbeing and progress of pupils at the heart of everything we do.
Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons across Key Stage 2
Work with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning and help children meet their full potential
Assist with classroom organisation and preparation of learning materials
Support pupils with additional needs, including those with SEND
Contribute to the positive ethos and inclusive environment of the school
Have experience working in a primary school setting, particularly in KS2
Be patient, reliable, and passionate about children’s development
Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
Work effectively as part of a team
Hold a relevant qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent)
