Drama Teacher

Job Description

Do you believe in the power of performance to inspire, challenge, and build confidence?A creative and inclusive secondary school in Telford is seeking a passionate and energetic Drama Teacher to join their expressive arts faculty from September 2025.

You’ll lead engaging lessons in drama and theatre at KS3 and KS4, encouraging students to find their voice and build essential communication and teamwork skills through performance and play.

What we’re looking for:

  • QTS/QTLS and a degree in Drama or Performing Arts

  • Experience teaching drama in a school setting (KS3/KS4)

  • A dynamic, student-centred teaching style

  • Strong organisational and directing abilities (school productions, clubs, etc.)
