An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and enthusiastic SEND Teaching Assistant to join a nurturing and inclusive primary school environment.
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated individual who is committed to supporting pupils with special educational needs and disabilities. The ideal candidate will be able to contribute to a creative, engaging, and supportive learning experience that promotes both academic and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the delivery and assessment of a personalised curriculum tailored to the needs of individual pupils.
Provide assistance that meets the educational, physical, social, and emotional needs of students with SEND.
Ensure pupil safety through appropriate supervision and risk awareness.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support pupil development and well-being.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
