Zest education are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 5 Class Teacher to join our supportive and ambitious team at a well-regarded primary school in Hodge Hill, starting in October 2025.

As a Year 5 teacher, you will:
Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Support pupil progress through effective assessment and feedback
Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and contribute to school improvement
Foster a love of learning and help prepare pupils for their final years of primary school
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching Key Stage 2 (Year 5 experience desirable but not essential)
High expectations for all pupils with a focus on both achievement and wellbeing
Strong behaviour management and communication skills
A reflective and proactive approach to teaching and learning
A welcoming, caring, and well-resourced school environment
Friendly, enthusiastic children who are eager to learn
A dedicated and supportive staff team and leadership
