Zest are working with a welcoming and forward-thinking primary school in Solihull, who is seeking a passionate Year 3 Class Teacher to join their vibrant team from October 2025.
You will lead a class of inquisitive and enthusiastic Year 3 pupils, delivering engaging lessons that inspire curiosity, encourage independence, and foster a lifelong love of learning. Working alongside supportive colleagues, you will help to maintain our school’s high standards of achievement and behaviour.
Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
Has experience or strong interest in teaching in Key Stage 2
Demonstrates excellent classroom practice and high expectations for all pupils
Has strong communication and organisational skills
Is committed to inclusive education and supporting every child’s potential
Enjoys being part of a collaborative and positive staff team
A welcoming and supportive school community
Well-behaved, motivated pupils who are eager to learn
