Job Title: Year 4 Teaching Assistant (Full Time)

Zest education is working with a primary school on the outskirts of Lyndon Green who is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 4 Teaching Assistant to join the supportive and forward-thinking team from October 2025.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young learners in a friendly and inclusive school community.
Work closely with the Year 4 class teacher to support the learning and development of pupils.
Provide one-to-one and small group interventions to help children reach their potential.
Assist in preparing resources, classroom displays and learning materials.
Help to maintain a safe, positive and stimulating learning environment.
Support pupils with a range of needs, including those with SEND.
Has experience working in a primary school setting (preferably KS2).
Is enthusiastic, patient and committed to helping children thrive.
Demonstrates good communication and teamwork skills.
Has a good standard of literacy and numeracy (minimum GCSE English and Maths or equivalent).
Holds a relevant TA qualification (desirable but not essential).
