Job Title: Sports Coach
Location: Wolverhampton
Salary: £90–£120 per day
Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible working available
Zest Education is currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and motivated Sports Coach to work in a number of vibrant secondary schools across Wolverhampton. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong sporting background who is passionate about inspiring young people to stay active and engaged.
You will support PE lessons across KS3 and KS4, lead extra-curricular clubs, and deliver a variety of sports activities that promote teamwork, fitness, and confidence.
What we’re looking for:
A qualification in sports coaching, PE, or a related field (Level 2 minimum preferred)
Experience working with children or young people, ideally in a school or club setting
Strong behaviour management and communication skills
A proactive, enthusiastic attitude with a genuine passion for sport and physical activity
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting or leading PE lessons alongside teaching staff
Delivering structured sports coaching sessions across a range of sports
Supporting students with skill development, fitness, and team participation
Promoting healthy lifestyles and sportsmanship within the school
