Language is more than vocabulary and grammar — it’s a bridge to cultures, connections, and opportunities. Zest Education is working with secondary schools across Dudley to find talented and passionate Languages Teachers to bring French, Spanish, German, or other languages to life.
Your lessons will go beyond the textbook — helping students experience the culture, history, and everyday life of the places whose languages they are learning.
Key responsibilities:
Planning and delivering engaging, interactive language lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
Using creative resources to make language learning enjoyable and relevant
Incorporating culture, media, and real-life situations into your teaching
Preparing students for GCSE exams and encouraging them to continue studying languages
Providing constructive feedback and personalised support
We’re looking for:
QTS (or equivalent) with a specialism in French, Spanish, German, or another modern foreign language
A teaching style that is inclusive, enthusiastic, and inspiring
The ability to instil both linguistic skills and cultural curiosity

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications.
