Zest Education is proud to be working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school located in the Atherstone area. The school is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join their Year 4 classroom on a part-time basis, starting in November 2025.
This role will involve providing 1:1 support to a child in Year 4 who requires additional assistance due to behavioural needs. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping the child access learning, regulate their behaviour, and thrive in the classroom environment. You’ll be working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored strategies and interventions.

📚 Specialising in Behavioural Support
Has proven experience supporting children with behavioural or emotional needs in an educational setting.
Demonstrates patience, resilience, and strong communication skills.
Is confident in managing challenging behaviours and following behaviour support plans.
Can build strong, trusting relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
Holds a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent (desirable but not essential).
A supportive and friendly school environment.
