Full-Time Teaching Assistant
Location: Solihull
Start Date: As soon as possible
Duration: Until July 2026 (full academic year)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:20am – 3:45pm (during term time)
Zest Education is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a wonderful junior and infant school located on the outskirts of Solihull’s city centre. The school is well-regarded for its nurturing environment, excellent interactive resources, and a highly respected Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
We are looking for a dedicated, consistent, and reliable TA to join the school’s dedicated resource base, which supports children with a range of additional needs. You will be working closely with a small group of up to 10 children and a strong team of staff and teachers around you.
This is a rewarding role where you will play a key part in supporting pupils’ academic and personal development, helping them to thrive in a setting designed to meet their individual needs.
Ideal candidates will:

✅ Work well as part of a team
✅ Communicate effectively with children/colleagues/parents/carers where required
