Zest Education is working closely with a welcoming primary school in Bournville (South Birmingham) to recruit an experienced and dedicated TA for a full-time role supporting a large Year 5 class.

About the Role
In this rewarding and varied position, you will:
Work across a large Year 5 class, providing general classroom support
Support the class teacher with lesson delivery, group work, and classroom management
Deliver 1:1 academic support to pupils who may need extra help to meet their targets
Help maintain an engaging, inclusive and well-organised classroom environment
Foster positive relationships with children, staff and parents/carers alike
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who is:
Level 2 or Level 3 qualified in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent NVQ)
Confident working in KS2, ideally with prior Year 5 experience
Calm, patient and proactive with a genuine passion for helping children succeed
Comfortable supporting both whole-class activities and 1:1 interventions
Reliable, flexible and ready to make a real impact from day one
