A special educational needs school in Lichfield have asked us to recruit for a qualified Teaching Assistant who has experience working with children with SEND. The position is to start January 2023.
The school caters for children from the age of five to eighteen with moderate to severe learning difficulties. Due to this reason, the ideal candidate must have strong behaviour management skills and confident working across a range of age groups.
The school supports training and development for all its staff and is continually looking for strong team players to join their team. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate good behaviour management have a resilient attitude and ability to adapt to ever changing situations.
