Zest Education, the Midlands’ leading education recruitment agency, is working closely with a school in Weoley Castle to recruit a part-time PPA teacher to support across Reception to Year 6. This is a rewarding opportunity to join a dedicated and passionate team in a rapidly improving school, where your experience and flexibility will be genuinely valued.
The Role:
3 days per week (0.6 contract), starting after October half term
Covering classes from Reception to Year 6 as part of a PPA timetable
No planning required outside of your teaching time
Role expected to continue until Easter 2026, with the possibility of extension to the summer term

What We’re Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience across primary phases (EYFS to KS2) is ideal
A calm, adaptable, and resilient approach to teaching
A passion for helping children succeed, regardless of their starting points

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
