Primary Teacher

Job Description

Zest Education is recruiting for a dedicated Primary Teacher to join a thriving school community in Minworth.

This is a full-time role offering the chance to make a meaningful impact across a range of subjects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach a broad and balanced curriculum to primary pupils

  • Support students’ progress through effective planning and assessment

  • Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment

  • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and colleagues

  • Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in learning

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Experience teaching in a primary school setting

  • Strong organisational and classroom management skills

  • Creativity and flexibility in lesson planning

  • Commitment to supporting the whole child’s development

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
