PPA Teacher – Full Time – Solihull Area
Start Date: October Half Term 2025
End Date: July 2026

Zest Education is proud to be working in partnership with a thriving and inclusive junior school in the Solihull area to recruit a committed full-time PPA Teacher from October half term until July 2026.

This welcoming school is well-regarded for its supportive ethos and strong sense of community. It caters to a diverse cohort of pupils, including a high number of children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). The school prides itself on creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where every child is encouraged to reach their full potential.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that involves providing PPA and leadership cover across different year groups within the school. You will be working alongside a dedicated and experienced team to ensure continuity of learning across classes.

The successful candidate will need to:

  • Hold valid QTS
  • Demonstrate excellent classroom and behaviour management skills

  • Be adaptable and comfortable teaching across multiple year groups

  • Show sensitivity and understanding when working with SEND pupils

  • Be a strong team player with effective communication skills

  • Bring a good sense of humour and a positive, professional attitude

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
