Year 4 Class Teacher – Solihull
Start Date: October 2025 | Commitment Required Until at Least Easter 2026
Location: Solihull
Contract Type: Full-Time, Fixed-Term
Suitable for: Experienced Teachers
Zest Education is currently recruiting on behalf of a large and vibrant primary school in Solihull. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Year 4 Teacher to join this forward-thinking school community from October 2025, with a commitment required until at least Easter 2026.
About the Role:
This role involves taking full class teaching responsibility for a busy and energetic Year 4 class. The ideal candidate will be an experienced classroom practitioner with the confidence and ability to manage behaviour effectively, while delivering a stimulating and engaging curriculum that supports pupil progress.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Be a qualified and experienced teacher, ideally with recent KS2 classroom experience
Have strong behaviour management skills and the ability to maintain a positive and focused learning environment
Be organised, adaptable, and able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced school setting
Demonstrate high expectations for all pupils and a passion for helping them succeed
Be able to commit fully to the role until Easter 2026 (minimum), ensuring continuity and consistency for the class

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
