  • Help create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment

  • Monitor progress and contribute to regular reviews and assessments

  • Foster independence and confidence in the pupil’s learning and social development

🎯 We’re Looking For:

  • Experience working with children with SEN (particularly ASD, ADHD, or communication needs)

  • A calm, patient, and empathetic approach

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents

  • Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2 or 3 TA qualification) are desirable but not essential

✅ What We Offer:

  • A supportive school with a caring and child-centred ethos

  • Ongoing support and guidance from Zest Recruiting

  • Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a child’s education

  • Term-time only working pattern – perfect for work-life balance
