Zest Education is looking for a committed Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a school in Kingstanding.
This is a full-time role where you’ll provide vital support in and out of the classroom.
Key Responsibilities:
Support class teachers with lesson delivery
Provide targeted support to pupils needing extra help
Assist with classroom organisation and resources
Encourage pupil confidence and positive behaviour
Contribute to creating an inclusive school environment
Requirements:
Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
Experience supporting children in a school setting
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A positive, proactive approach to work
Flexibility and dedication to pupil progress
