Teaching Assistant

Zest Education is currently seeking a Teaching Assistant to support pupils and staff in a primary school in Hodge Hill.

This is a full-time role where you’ll work across year groups to provide valuable classroom support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support teachers in preparing and delivering lessons

• Work with pupils individually and in small groups

• Help create a positive classroom environment

• Assist with classroom organisation and resources

• Encourage pupil engagement and confidence

Requirements:

• Experience working as a Teaching Assistant (desirable)

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• A caring and supportive attitude

• Willingness to be flexible across different classes

• Enthusiasm for helping pupils succeed

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
