We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support a child in reception on a 1:1 basis. The child has a diagnosis for ASD. The role would suit an experienced LSA or a graduate keen to develop a career in education.
Responsibilities:
Provide targeted SEN support for a child in reception with ASD
Work with teachers to adapt resources and lessons
Promote positive behaviour and pupil well-being
Contribute to classroom organisation and smooth delivery of lessons
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience as an LSA or is a motivated graduate
Understands inclusive practice and SEN support
Communicates effectively and builds strong relationships
Is proactive, adaptable, and a strong team player
Shares our high expectations for all pupils
