Year 4 Class Teacher – Full Time | Solihull | ASAP Start
Minimum 8-week placement | Suitable for ECTs and experienced teachers
Zest Education are proud to be working in partnership with a thriving and forward-thinking primary school in the heart of Solihull, as they seek a passionate and dedicated Year 4 Class Teacher to join their team as soon as possible. This is a full-time role, lasting a minimum of 8 weeks, with the potential to extend.

The Role:
As a Year 4 Class Teacher, you will take on the full classroom role, including planning, delivering engaging lessons, marking, and assessing pupil progress. The class is well-behaved and enthusiastic, and you’ll have access to excellent resources and support from the wider school team.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver a broad and balanced curriculum that inspires and challenges pupils
Maintain a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
Monitor and support the progress of each child, ensuring all learners are given the opportunity to reach their potential
Work collaboratively with year group colleagues, support staff, and SLT
The Ideal Candidate:
Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
Is passionate about creating a positive and engaging learning environment
Has high expectations of behaviour and achievement
Is confident, proactive, and adaptable

All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
