Full Time Resource Base Teaching Assistant (ASAP Start)

This is a full-time, long-term role starting as soon as possible and presents an excellent opportunity for those looking to make a real difference in a supportive, inclusive school environment.

This particular position is within a specialist resource base, providing tailored support to pupils with additional needs. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) qualification in a relevant childcare or education field

  • Experience supporting children with special educational needs (SEN)

  • A calm, patient and adaptable approach to working with pupils

  • Full availability Monday to Friday, 8:20am – 3:45pm

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
