Zest Education are recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to join a ‘Good’ school in Harrow.
We are seeking a dedicated and caring 1-to-1 Teaching Assistant to support a pupil in Reception with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Provide individual support during class time, helping the pupil engage with learning tasks
Implement and follow personalised education plans (IEP / EHCP)
Assist with communication, social interaction and emotional regulation
Adapt activities and learning materials to meet the pupil’s needs
Work closely with class teacher, SENCO, and other support staff
Monitor progress and provide feedback
Support routines, transitions and behaviour management strategies
