Level 3 Teaching Assistant

Zest Education are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to work full-time in a welcoming primary school in Old Oscott.

This role is ideal for a teaching assistant looking to contribute to a positive and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
– Assist teachers with lesson preparation and classroom support
– Work one-to-one or with small groups of pupils
– Promote positive behaviour and engagement in lessons
– Help create an inclusive classroom environment

Requirements:
– Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience
– Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
– A caring and adaptable attitude
